And i will tell you firstly that i am ambitious and motivated to help and guide you to achieve any goal or dream that is in your heart. Weather that is just learning a new skill in self defense? (and lets be real its one of the most common self defense martial art there is because it has its fast, explosive striking and even in close range). 
Or gaining confident's with yourself? making that stronger you that will be a great skill to have that will have a great impact on your life experience from then on. Like Thai boxing has done for me and how much of a positive impact it has made in my life!

I can't stress enough how much i want to support my students but i like to use the term family because that's what i am all about. Muay Thai is growing in this world but we all have our own little family in our own community.

My name is Mickey and i run Hailsham Muay Thai by myself. I have over 15 Years experience. Trained by who i call "my home of Muay Thai", from Lumpini Crawley that hold the best gym in the country and have, and had the best fighters from around the world. The love and support they showed me and made me proud of myself. Moving to Hailsham i want to pass that same experience on. I'm a very happy, bubbly and approachable guy and the family i have at the gym are great and wonderful people.
My gym is a family orientated place that i teach kids, teens and adults. Adult classes! if you need to bring your kids as you might not have anyone to look after them while you train, BRING THEM! They are welcome and they can sit around the gym or on the chairs provided.
I'm very nice, polite, kind hearten person and will always have time to talk about your progress and needs and also i love to bring joy to the environment whilst training.
