Beginners classes is the first step to start your journey in becoming a Muay Thai warrior or even the first step into seeing what Hailsham Muay Thai is all about.

  I'm offering 8 beginner classes to use freely whenever you like. The mixed classes(11+yr) also allows you to take them with your sons, daughters,mum's and dads, Nan's and Granddad's, friends and all family's to enjoy together, show you the very basics and Technics of Muay Thai boxing from how to strike, clinch and hold the pad.

No strength and cardio needed for these classes as i will demonstrating very slowly the Technic it takes to get started before adventuring into the classes that then take your experience to the next level!
